How this page works
EGP Tools (tools.equitygpllc.com) is operated by Equity Growth Partners LLC ("EGP", "we", "us"). The Equity Growth Partners Privacy Policy applies in full to this site, including its sections on information we collect, SMS and text message communications, cookies, your rights and choices, data security, children's privacy, and the rights of California residents.
This page adds what is specific to EGP Tools: member accounts, free trials and paid subscriptions, calculator inputs and saved work, and the lead forms on free tools. Where the two documents differ on a Tools-specific point, this page controls for this site.
1. Information we collect on EGP Tools
Account information
- Email address and password. Your password is stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider (Supabase). EGP staff cannot see it. New passwords are screened against known-leaked password lists before they are accepted.
- Subscription record. Your plan, billing cycle, trial dates, status (trialing, active, past due, canceled), and the verticals your plan covers. This record is what unlocks Pro tools.
- Sign-in activity. Time of sign-in, IP address, browser, and device type, kept in our authentication logs.
Billing information
- Checkout and recurring billing are handled by GoHighLevel and its payment processor. Card numbers are entered directly with the payment processor and are never transmitted to or stored on EGP systems. We receive the outcome (paid, failed, refunded), the plan purchased, the amount, the last four digits of the card where the processor provides them, and the invoice record.
Calculator inputs and saved work
- Numbers you type into a calculator are processed in your browser, and on some tools by our servers, to produce the result. For members, deals, proposals, and other records you choose to save are stored under your account so you can return to them.
- Some tools also keep a copy of your last inputs in your own browser's storage so the page reloads where you left off. That copy stays on your device.
Lead forms on free tools
- When a free tool asks for your email to unlock a report or send a summary, we collect the name and email you enter, which tool you used, and a short summary of the result (for example, an estimated value range). This creates or updates a contact in our CRM so we can send what you asked for and follow up.
Usage information
- Pages visited, tools used, time on site, referral source, approximate location from IP address, and standard web server logs, as described in the EGP Privacy Policy.
2. How we use it
- To create and secure your account, sign you in, and confirm which tools your plan includes.
- To process your subscription, send receipts and billing notices, and retry or notify you about failed payments.
- To send transactional email you need: email confirmation, password reset links, subscription changes, and important service notices. These come from info@equitygpllc.com.
- To store, display, and let you export the deals, proposals, and records you save.
- To send the report or summary you requested from a free tool, and to follow up on that request, including by SMS only where you have separately consented as described in the EGP Privacy Policy.
- To understand which tools are used and improve them.
- To detect abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Service providers we rely on
These companies process information on our behalf under contracts that limit what they may do with it.

4. Cookies and browser storage
EGP Tools uses a small number of essential items in your browser: your sign-in session token, a short-lived cache of your subscription status, your recently used tools, and any calculator inputs a tool keeps for you between visits. These are needed for the site to work and are not used for advertising. Analytics cookies are described in the EGP Privacy Policy and can be disabled in your browser settings.
5. How long we keep it
- Account and subscription records: for as long as your account exists, and up to three years after it closes for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes.
- Saved work: until you delete it, or until your account is closed, after which it is deleted within 30 days unless we are required to keep it.
- Lead form submissions: as described in the EGP Privacy Policy, generally three years for inquiries that do not lead to a transaction.
- Authentication and server logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access and export. Ask us for a copy of your account data and saved work.
- Correction. Ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your account and saved work. We will complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law.
- Marketing. Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or reply STOP to any text message. Transactional messages about your account continue while your account is open.
- California residents have the additional rights described in the EGP Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

7. Security
All traffic to EGP Tools is encrypted in transit. Saved work and subscription records are protected by row-level access controls so that an account can only read its own data. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text, and screened against leaked-password lists. Card numbers never reach our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information.
8. Children
EGP Tools is built for business owners, investors, and professionals and is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and will delete it if we learn we have.
9. Changes
We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and for account holders we will also send notice by email. Continued use of EGP Tools after a change means you accept the updated policy.
